After two games on the road, Seneca is heading back home. They will take on the Northwestern Wildcats at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
After soaring to 21 runs the game before, Seneca was a bit more limited in their game last Friday. They wound up on the wrong side of a rough 9-2 walloping at the hands of Madison.

Nick Timm made a big impact no matter where he played. On the mound, he pitched an inning while giving up no earned runs or hits (he also only allowed one walk). Timm was also big at the plate, scoring two runs and stealing a base while going 1-for-3.
In other batting news, Kaden Stout was excellent, scoring two runs while going 2-for-3. Joe Schaukowitsch was another key contributor, scoring a run and stealing a base while getting on base in two of his four plate appearances.
Seneca dropped their record down to 0-2 with that defeat, which was their eighth straight on the road dating back to last season. As for Northwestern, their win ended a seven-game drought at home dating back to last season and bumped them up to 2-2.
