Despite the defeat, Elkton saw an underclassman step up: Madison Wright scored three points.
Perhaps unsurprisingly given the score, Elkton struggled to work together and finished the game with only two assists. That's the fewest assists they've managed all season.
Elkton bumped their record down to 1-8 with that defeat, which was their eighth straight at home dating back to last season. As for Havre de Grace, the win was the fourth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 7-3.
