Even though University scored an imposing 56 points on Tuesday, Strasburg still came out on top. Strasburg beat University by the very same score they won with last week: 65-56. Given Strasburg's advantage in MaxPreps' Colorado basketball rankings (they are ranked 24th, while University is ranked 245th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.
Strasburg's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Austin Velasco led the charge by scoring 19 points along with eight rebounds. Velasco is absolutely dominating the rebound category: he's posted at least eight every time he's taken the court this season. Landen Martin was another key contributor, dropping a double-double on ten points and ten assists.
Meanwhile, even though Peak to Peak scored an imposing 58 points on Tuesday, Eaton still came out on top. Eaton took their contest against Peak to Peak 67-58.

Strasburg was taken down by Eaton 82-47 in their previous matchup back in December of 2022. Thankfully for Strasburg, Zac Grable (who scored 25 points along with seven steals and five rebounds) won't be suiting up this time. Will that be enough to change the final result? There's only one way to find out.
