Skylar Smith was the offensive standout of the contest as she scored 19 points along with six steals. As a matter of fact, that's the most points she has scored all season.
Faith Christian Academy dropped their record down to 1-3 with that defeat, which was their third straight at home. As for Hancock, their victory ended a 11-game drought on the road dating back to last season and puts them at 1-11.
Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Faith Christian Academy won't have much time to rest: their next match is against Shalom Christian Academy at 6:45 p.m. on January 26th. Shalom Christian Academy will be looking to extend their current four-game winning streak. As for Hancock, they will head out on the road to face off against Forbes Road at 6:00 p.m. on Monday.
