Grant Tsuji posted a new career-high in runs on Monday. He scored three runs and stole a base while going 4-for-6, good enough for us to rate the performance as the best he's had all season long. He has become a key player for Camarillo: the team is 2-1 when he posts at least two runs, but 9-15 otherwise.

Tsuji's strong effort led Camarillo over Oak Park and he'll get a chance to do so again: the teams have a rematch scheduled at 3:30 p.m. on Wednesday. The Scorpions are a perfect 10-0 against the Eagles going back to April of 2022, a lead they'll look to extend.
