They simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat Clayton-Bradley Academy 62-10 on the road. Given Christian Academy of Knoxville's advantage in MaxPreps' Tennessee basketball rankings (they are ranked 85th, while Clayton-Bradley Academy is ranked 371st), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.
Christian Academy of Knoxville is on a roll lately: they've won 11 of their last 13 matches, which provided a nice bump to their 14-7 record this season. As for Clayton-Bradley Academy, they dropped their record down to 5-12 with that loss, which was their third straight at home.
Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Christian Academy of Knoxville will take on King's Academy at 6:00 p.m. on Sunday. That game will pit two of the most dominant guards against one another: Skylar Walden and Maddie Braden. As for Clayton-Bradley Academy, they won't have much time to rest: their next game is against Apostolic Christian at 6:00 p.m. on January 27th.
