Holy Family Academy got themselves on the board against Tri-City Christian Academy on Monday, but Tri-City Christian Academy never followed suit. They were the clear victors by a 9-0 margin over the Warriors. Considering the Padres have won six contests by more than five runs this season, Monday's blowout was nothing new.

Holy Family Academy pushed their record up to 8-4-1 with the victory, which was their third straight at home. Those home wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 3.3 runs on average over those games. As for Tri-City Christian Academy, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost four of their last five matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 4-7 record this season.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Holy Family Academy will square off against Canyon State Academy at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Tri-City Christian Academy, they will face off against Tohono O'Odham at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
