Ny?j Joiner was the offensive standout of the match as he scored 19 points along with two steals. The team also got some help courtesy of Jackson Trayham, who scored six points.
Elk Grove's loss came despite strong showings from Noah Hargrave and Liam Acido. Hargrave scored 19 points along with two steals, while Acido scored 11 points along with four blocks. KyRee Fultz was another key contributor, scoring eight points along with six rebounds.
Cosumnes Oaks pushed their record up to 12-7 with that win, which was their fourth straight at home.
