After having lost a blowout to Lafayette Christian Academy in their previous matchup, Northside were happy to find some success on Thursday. Northside came out on top against Slaughter Community Charter with a 24-14. That result is just more of the same for Northside, who also won the last time these teams played.
The win got Northside back to even at 1-1. The defeat dropped Slaughter Community Charter's record to 0-2.
Northside will look to defend their home turf next week against Lake Charles College Prep at 7:00 PM. Slaughter Community Charter will look to defend their home turf against Tara at 7:00 PM.
