Baseball Recap: Mckinley Has No Trouble Against Lucas

While McKinley didn't have the best season last year (they finished 11-24), it's starting to look like those struggles are a thing of the past. They were the clear victors by an 11-1 margin over the Lucas Cubs on Saturday. Considering the Bulldogs have won four contests by more than seven runs this season, Saturday's blowout was nothing new.

McKinley's win bumped their record up to 8-4. As for Lucas, their loss ended a three-game streak of away wins and brought them to 5-4.

When McKinley and Lucas next hit the field, they'll be up against teams who recently just can't seem to lose. The Bulldogs will try to stop Cuyahoga Valley Christian Academy's three-game winning streak when they meet at 12:30 p.m. on Saturday. Meanwhile, Lucas will take on Central Christian and their three-game winning streak at 5:00 p.m. on Monday.
