Branham posted their closest  victory since April 3, 2024 on Thursday. They skirted past the Ann Sobrato Bulldogs  5-4. The  win continues a trend for the Bruins in their matchups with the Bulldogs: they've now won three in a row.
 Jacque Connolly - Hojas made a big impact no matter where she played. She  didn't allow a single  earned run and  allowed only two  hits over 4.2 innings pitched. As for Ann Sobrato, they will venture away from home to  face off against Santa Teresa  at 4:00  p.m.  on Tuesday. The Saints have struggled to contain batters this season (they've allowed 8.04  runs per game on average), something the Bulldogs will no doubt try to take advantage of.
