That result was just more of the same for these two, as Academy for Technology and The Classics also won the last time the pair played last Thursday.
Academy for Technology and The Classics' success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Rocky Miller led the charge by scoring 20 points. The game was Miller's 12th in a row with at least ten points. Another player making a difference was Julian Bernardino, who scored 20 points.
Academy for Technology and The Classics has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won eight of their last nine matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 11-2 record this season. As for Non Varsity Opponent, they have been struggling recently, as they've lost three of their last four matches, which put a noticeable dent in their 67-163-1 record this season.
Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Academy for Technology and The Classics' road trip will continue as they head out to face Mora at 5:00 p.m. on January 13th. As for Non Varsity Opponent, they will square off against Harmony Christian at 7:30 p.m. on Saturday. Hopefully Harmony Christian focused on turnovers this week since the team gave up seven on Thursday.
