The Willow Canyon Wildcats stacked a 12th blowout win onto their ever-increasing hoard on Thursday. They took their match at home with ease, bagging a 92-28 victory over Kellis. Winning may never get old, but Willow Canyon sure is getting used to it with their third in a row.
Braylon Haman was his usual excellent self, scoring 24 points along with six assists and five rebounds. Haman is absolutely dominating the steal category: he's posted at least two every time he's taken the court this season. The team also got some help courtesy of Jesse Lucero, who scored 17 points along with eight rebounds.
Willow Canyon's victory bumped their record up to 18-4. As for Kellis, they are on a five-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 7-14.
Willow Canyon will head out on the road to take on Sunrise Mountain at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Kellis, they will look to defend their home court on Monday against Centennial at 7:00 p.m.
