It may have taken overtime to finish the job, but the Chillicothe Hornets ultimately got the result they hoped for on Thursday. They came out on top against Bishop LeBlond by a score of 55-47. The win made it back-to-back wins for Chillicothe.
Chillicothe was led to victory by James Mathew and Sol'jier Allen. Mathew dropped a double-double on 13 points and 16 rebounds, while Allen scored 19 points. Mathew set a new season high mark in blocks with three. Jaishon White was another key contributor, scoring 13 points along with five rebounds.
Chillicothe's win was their fourth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 7-3. Those good results were due in large part to their offensive dominance across that stretch, as they averaged 57.3 points per game. As for Bishop LeBlond, their loss dropped their record down to 12-5.
