 At the plate,  Cara Goodrich was  incredible,  going 3-for-4 with three  stolen bases, two  runs,  and two  RBI. That's the most  RBI  she has posted since back in March of 2024.  Kassandra Andalon was another key player,  going 2-for-3 with one  stolen base, two  RBI,  and one  double.
 Pioneer was getting hits left and right  and  finished the game having  posted a batting average of .423. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as King City only posted a  batting average of  .125.
Pioneer's record is now 4-10. As for King City, their defeat dropped their record down to 10-7.
 Coming up, Pioneer will venture away from home to  face off against Christopher  at 4:00  p.m.  on Wednesday. As for King City, they will welcome Monte Vista Christian  at 4:30  p.m.  on Tuesday. King City's pitchers better be ready for this one: Monte Vista Christian has averaged an impressive 9.8  runs per game this season.
