In other batting news, Dillon Chiatovich was incredible, going 2-for-3 with two runs, one triple, and one stolen base. The team also got some help courtesy of Ethan Maikranz, who went 1-for-3 with two RBI, one run, and one double.
Kimberly has been performing well recently as they've won nine of their last 11 games. That's provided a nice bump to their 11-6 record this season. The wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 4.1 runs on average over those games. As for Filer, their loss was their seventh straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 7-12.
