Canton's offense came in ready to rumble, picking up 20 points in the first half. Sioux Valley couldn't get anything going offensively, leaving the score at 20-0 heading into the break. The other side of the ball was dominant for Canton in the second half, holding Sioux Valley to a measly 6 points. This was the first game for both teams, giving Canton a 1-0 record and starting Sioux Valley off at 0-1.
