The Cramerton Christian Academy Crusaders fell on hard times earlier this season, but after back-to-back victories it seems like their luck might finally be changing. They strolled past Rockwell Christian School with points to spare on Friday, taking the game 50-32. That's another feather in the cap for Cramerton Christian Academy, who also won these teams' last head-to-head.
Despite the loss, Rockwell Christian School still got an impressive performance from Kylie Smith, who scored 19 points. The team also got some help courtesy of Cambrie Perry, who scored nine points.
Cramerton Christian Academy's win ended a three-game drought at home and bumped them up to 4-9. As for Rockwell Christian School, their defeat was their third straight on the road, which bumped their record down to 6-7.
Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Cramerton Christian Academy and Vandalia Christian will face off at 5:30 p.m. on January 16th without much rest after finishing up games yesterday. As for Rockwell Christian School, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Calvary Christian at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Calvary Christian's defense has only allowed 27.3 points per game this season, so Rockwell Christian School's offense will have their work cut out for them.
