After a string of three wins, Hancock's good fortune finally ran out on Monday. They took a 37-27 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Ewen-Trout Creek Panthers. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Panthers this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 49-40 back in January.

Hancock's defeat dropped their record down to 17-9. As for Ewen-Trout Creek, the victory (which was their 16th in a row) raised their record to 22-1.

Hancock does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Ewen-Trout Creek, they will take on Norway on Wednesday. Ewen-Trout Creek's defense has only allowed 29 points per game this season, so Norway's offense will have their work cut out for them.
