It was an underclassman who stole the show on Thursday as Kelsey Angaiak came into the contest with something to prove. She turned in nothing short of a gem: she scored 28 points.
Angaiak and Nelson Island won't have much time to rest: their next match is against Chaputnguak at 1:00 p.m. on January 19th. Nelson Island is7-2 against Chaputnguak going back to December of 2018, a lead they'll look to extend on Friday.
