After soaring to 56 points the game before, the Park Tudor Panthers were a bit more limited in their matchup on Friday. They took a serious blow against Heritage Christian, falling 74-25. Park Tudor was in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 44-12.
It was another big night for Mya Davis, who scored 33 points along with seven assists and six steals for Heritage Christian. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Davis has scored all season. Trinity Taylor was another key contributor, scoring eight points along with ten rebounds and four steals.
Park Tudor's defeat dropped their record down to 9-9. As for Heritage Christian, they are on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four contests, which provided a nice bump to their 13-10 record this season.
Park Tudor will head out on the road to face off against Indianapolis Arsenal Technical at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. Hopefully Indianapolis Arsenal Technical focused on turnovers this week since the team gave up 31 last Thursday. As for Heritage Christian, they will face off against Herron at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Herron is no doubt hoping to put an end to a three-game streak of away losses.
