Pinecrest didn't go easy on the quarterback and picked off two passes before the game was over. In fact, those interceptions all came courtesy of defensive juggernaut Rollins Rodriguez.
Pinecrest's defeat was their first in the conference, dropping their conference record down to 4-1 and their overall record down to 8-2. As for Richmond Senior, they pushed their record up to 8-2 with the victory, which was their third straight at home.
