After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Bandera, The Young Men's Leadership Academy were happy to have found some success on Friday. They walked away with a 29-22 win over Pearsall. This was payback for Young Men's Leadership Academy, who suffered a 41-7 loss the last time these two teams met.
Raishaun Conaway was a one-man wrecking crew for Young Men's Leadership Academy as he rushed for 249 yards and three touchdowns while picking up 7.3 yards per carry.
Young Men's Leadership Academy's win was their third straight on the road, which bumped their overall record up to 5-5.
