East Atlanta's Daventa Adams rumbled for the longest rushing play in Glory For Christ - East this season in his game against Holy Spirit Prep last week. Adams ran for 66 yards on the play and finished with 89 on the day as his team bested the Cougars.
Augusta Prep Day scaled the state rankings by moving to 317 from 376 this week, the biggest jump in the league. Augusta Prep Day was able to make move up by besting Jefferson Academy 45-20.
Anderson Cavaliers's dynamic duo of Davis Cousar and Isaac Moorhouse proved tough for Augusta Eagles to stop, as they were the top passer and receiver in the league this week. Cousar threw for 238 yards and 5 touchdowns and Moorhouse had 101 yards receiving. Wayne Johnson helped Anderson Cavaliers' passing attack out by catching 2 balls for 48 yards.
