The Dexter Demons made easy work of the Bosque Bobcats on Tuesday and carried off a 16-5 victory. The result was nothing new for the Demons, who have now won four matchups by ten runs or more so far this season.

The win made it two in a row for Dexter and bumps their season record up to 5-7. The victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered a grand total of 5 runs in those games. As for Bosque, their loss dropped their record down to 1-7.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Dexter will face off against Ruidoso at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday. The Demons' pitchers better be ready for this one: the Warriors have averaged an impressive 7 runs per game this season. As for Bosque, they will head out on the road to square off against Sandia Prep at 3:00 p.m. on Thursday.
