St. Edmond added to the longest winning streak in 1A District 2 this week by beating Sioux Central, 28-12. The victory was the eighth in a row for the team.
Northwest Webster took down Maple Valley-Anthon-Oto 54-7 last week, the largest margin of any game.
A big matchup in the league this week will be when Ridge View takes on IKM/Manning. The Raptors are in second place, while the Wolves are in fifth place.
IKM/Manning made the biggest leap in the national rankings this week, rising to 10,148 from 10,675. The advance stemmed from a 41-13 victory over Pocahontas last week.
