Bolton Central got a massive performance out of Jace Hubert, who went 2-for-4 with one home run, five RBI, and three runs. Those five RBI gave Hubert a new career-high. Jacob French was another key player, going 3-for-5 with four RBI, two runs, and one triple.
Bolton Central always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .585. That's the best OBP they've posted all season.
Chazy's defeat dropped their record down to 1-3. As for Bolton Central, their win bumped their record up to 4-1.
The pitchers for both teams better look sharp on Wednesday as neither team is afraid to steal. Chazy has been swiping bases left and right this season, having averaged 5 stolen bases per game. However, it's not like Bolton Central struggles in that department as they've been averaging 5 stolen bases. The only question left is which team can snag more.
