Excelsior Springs will look to defend their home turf on Friday against Harrisonville at 7:00 PM. Harrisonville will need to watch out since Excelsior Springs have now posted big point totals in their last four contests.
Last week, Excelsior Springs put the finishing touches on their 3rd blowout victory of the season. Everything went their way against Richmond as the team secured a 63-18 win. The matchup was pretty much decided by the half, when the score had already reached 28-6.
Meanwhile, there's no need to mince words: Harrisonville lost to Battle, and they lost bad. The score wound up at 39-87. Harrisonville were down by 33-66 at the end of the third quarter, which was just too much to recover from.
Excelsior Springs's victory lifted them to 4-0 while Harrisonville's loss dropped them down to 1-3. Given their high-scoring efforts against their previous opponents, it will be interesting to see how far up these teams can run up the score.
