This season hasn't been kind to the Trinidad Trojans, who are still winless after their fourth match. They took a serious blow against Milford on Friday, falling 69-23. Trinidad has not had much luck with Milford recently, as the team's come up short the last four times they've met.
Milford got their victory on the backs of several key players, but it was Jaycee Rigsby out in front who scored 16 points along with eight rebounds and eight steals. Brooklynn Washington was another key contributor, scoring 17 points along with seven steals.
Trinidad's defeat dropped their record down to 0-4. As for Milford, the victory was the fifth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 9-4.
Coincidentally, both teams will both be playing Oakwood the next time they take the court. Trinidad will host Oakwood at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, while Milford will head out to face them at 6:00 p.m. on Friday.
