Warrenton came tearing into Monday's contest with six straight wins (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 7 runs), and they left with even more momentum. They blew past the Liberty Eagles 10-1. The result was nothing new for the Warriors, who have now won eight matches by six runs or more so far this season.

Warrenton pushed their record up to 13-5 with the victory, which was their fourth straight on the road. Those road wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 9.3 runs over those games. As for Liberty, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost five of their last six games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 7-13 record this season.
