Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Norfolk Academy). They skirted past the Collegiate Cougars 31-30. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Bulldogs also won the last time the pair played back in April of 2024.

Norfolk Academy is on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 4-3 record this season. The victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 19.6 runs over those games. As for Collegiate, their loss was their fourth straight at home, which dropped their record down to 0-7.

Norfolk Academy didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next game, a 10-8 defeat against Catholic on the 8th. As for Collegiate, they also wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next match, a 21-2 win against St. Margaret's on the 8th.
