East Laurens extended the longest winning streak in AA Region 3 this week by beating Harlem, 46-6. The victory was the fourth in a row for the team.
Dublin and Josey played the most hotly contested game in the league this week, with Dublin eventually emerging with a 7-6 victory.
Harlem's offense has been unstoppable this season and the Bulldogs feature the season leaders in passing, rushing and receiving yards. Trey Price has thrown for 207 yards this season, while Dalton Green has one catch for 46 yards. Dontel Frails leads the league in rushing with 616 yards.
A big matchup in AA Region 3 this week will be when Screven County takes on Westside. The Gamecocks are in first place, while the Patriots are in third place.
The top two defenses in the league will face off this season when Laney takes on East Laurens. The Wildcats have allowed 90 points this season, while the Falcons have given up 107.
East Laurens led the league in scoring this week after putting up 46 points on the Bulldogs.
