Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Devon Prep). They put the hurt on the Archbishop Carroll Patriots with a sharp 12-1 win on Friday. The result was nothing new for Devon Prep, who have now won seven contests by three goals or more so far this season.

The victory was the third in a row for Devon Prep, bringing their record up to 9-2-3. Those wins were made possible by their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 25 goals over those three games. Archbishop Carroll (3-13) has now lost nine in a row.

We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. Devon Prep will square off against their in-conference opponent Lansdale Catholic at 3:45 p.m. on Tuesday. Meanwhile, Archbishop Carroll is set to take on their familiar foe La Salle College at 3:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
