Records continue to fall for several of the members of this week's MaxPreps National Player of the Year Watch as Lake Nona's Tucker Israel and Jordan's Austin Kafentzis each added a state record to their already impressive list of accomplishments.

Jake Browning, Folsom (Calif.)Folsom and Browning had the week off and they will face their toughest opponent of the season thus far when they take on Rocklin on the road on Friday. Folsom has not faced Rocklin the past two seasons. The Thunder are 7-0 on the season. Browning needs four touchdown passes to tie Chris Leak of Independence (Charlotte, N.C.) for third place on the all-time touchdowns list with 185.
Tucker Israel, Lake Nona (Orlando, Fla.)Israel became the first Florida quarterback to throw for over 600 yards in a game as he tallied 659 in a win over St. Cloud. Israel has already set state career records for yardage (12,133 yards), touchdowns (136), completions (841) and attempts (1,335). He also holds the state record for touchdown passes in a game with 10.
Kyler Murray, Allen (Texas)Allen had a bye last week and will play Flower Mound this week. Murray has won 34 straight games as the Eagle quarterback and he has an overall record of 38-1. For the season, Murray has completed 113 of 172 passes for 1,911 yards and 20 touchdowns with just one interception. He has also rushed 49 times for 629 yards and 14 scores.
Jacques Patrick, Timber Creek (Orlando, Fla.)Patrick became just the 10th player in Florida history, according to Buddy Collings of the Orlando Sentinel, to rush for over 7,000 yards in a career. In a 42-21 win over University (Orlando), Patrick rushed for 315 yards and six touchdowns. He has 7,040 yards and 93 touchdowns in his career. He has rushed for 1,638 yards this year with 24 touchdowns.
Sotonye Jamabo, Plano West (Texas)Jamabo carried 14 times for 145 yards and four rushing touchdowns and also caught a 54-yard touchdown pass in leading Plano West to a 55-22 win over Lewisville. He has 1,558 yards rushing on 141 carries with 31 total touchdowns.
Josh Rosen, St. John Bosco (Bellflower, Calif.)St. John Bosco went with more of a running attack in a come-from-behind 49-44 win over JSerra Catholic as junior running back Sean McGrew ran for 386 yards. Rosen still managed to complete 12 of 18 passes for 115 yards and one touchdown. He has completed 103 of 163 passes for 1,576 yards and 16 touchdowns on the year.
Markell Jones, Columbus East (Ind.)Columbus East is one of the nation's highest-scoring teams at over 58 points per game. Jones is a major reason why as he had 292 yards rushing on just 15 carries with four touchdowns in a 63-7 win over Bedford North Lawrence (Ind.) last week. Jones has rushed for 2,328 yards on 167 carries and he has scored 41 touchdowns on the year.
Kellen Overstreet, Penney (Hamilton, Mo.)Overstreet holds the national rushing lead over Kiante Enis by 29 yards. He has 2,589 yards on 256 carries with 42 total touchdowns. For his career, Overstreet has 140 career touchdowns and he has rushed for 7,805 yards on 810 carries.
Austin Kafentzis, Jordan (Sandy, Utah)Kafentzis heads into the final regular season game of his outstanding career with state career records in passing completions (767), passing attempts (1,345), yards (12,162), touchdown passes (105), rushing attempts (937), rushing yards (6,609) and rushing touchdowns (100).
Kiante Enis, Winchester (Ind.)Enis heads into the postseason with the second-best rushing yardage total in the nation at 2,560 yards on 220 carries. He also has 40 touchdowns, including one he scored on a punt return in a 40-8 win over Centerville last week. In the game, Enis rushed for 200 yards and two rushing touchdowns.
