Truman will challenge Hickman on the road at 7:00 PM on Friday. The teams both have had a rocky road up to this point with seven consecutive losses for Truman and six for Hickman.
We expected Truman to have trouble with the significantly higher ranked Park Hill South last Friday, and they did. Truman have to be aching after a bruising 13-46 loss to Park Hill South. Truman were down by 13-34 at the end of the third quarter, which was just too much to recover from.
Meanwhile, it was all tied up at halftime, but Hickman weren't quite North Kansas City's equal in the second half when they met. Hickman fell to North Kansas City 20-34.
With the two teams each stumbling in off of a defeat, both will be hungry for the win. We'll see which team satisfies their hunger and which team leaves with an empty stomach.
