Perhaps unsurprisingly given the score, Minersville was unstoppable on the ground and finished the game with 228 rushing yards. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now rushed for at least 156 rushing yards in 14 consecutive matches dating back to last season.
Shenandoah Valley was dealt a bruising 48-7 defeat at the hands of Minersville in their previous matchup back in September of 2023. Thankfully for Shenandoah Valley, Luke Stevenosky (who rushed for 163 yards and six touchdowns on only 12 carries) won't be suiting up this time. Will that be enough to change the final result?
