The Plymouth Pilgrims/Rockies's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Saturday after their fourth straight defeat. They took a 53-39 bruising from Westview. Plymouth has struggled against the Warriors recently, as their matchup on Saturday was their sixth consecutive lost matchup.
Several Pilgrims/Rockies players turned in solid performances despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Trenton Van Duyne, who scored ten points. Another player making a difference was Caleb Bowling, who scored six points.
Plymouth dropped their record down to 6-11 with that loss, which was their seventh straight on the road. As for Westview, the victory (which was their fourth in a row) raised their record to 13-4.
Plymouth will look to defend their home court on Tuesday against the Zebras at 7:30 p.m. The matchup should be an exciting one, as these teams are closely ranked in Indiana (Rochester is ranked 282nd, while the Pilgrims/Rockies are ranked 262nd). As for Westview, they will head out on the road to face off against the Panthers at 7:30 p.m. on Friday.
