Tri-Valley recap November 5, 2013
Adding to the longest winning streak in Tri-Valley this week, Pine Grove beat Juniata 26-6. The win marks 10th in a row for the the Cardinals.
Newport took down Halifax 52-0 last week, the largest margin of any game.
Trey Campbell was a beast in the backfield as Upper Dauphin Area beat Millersburg.
Campbell provided a threat through the air and on the ground as the Trojans beat the Indians.
Nick Rodichok threw for 174 yards and 3 touchdowns. He was 12-19 with 1 interception.
Rodichok put up the best numbers in passing as Williams Valley beat East Juniata. Rodichok's favorite target this week was Steven Vega, who caught 3 passes for 85 yards.
6-foot-1 quarterback Tyler Clark of the Indians is the league leader in passing yards this season with 1,259. He has also thrown 8 touchdowns. The leading receiver in the league this season is Cody Miller. The Williams Valley star has 24 catches for 649 yards.
Juniata made the biggest leap in the national rankings this week, rising to 10,106 from 10,366. The advance stemmed from a 26-6 victory over Gary Klingensmith's team last week.
