Spring Valley Academy fell 43-35 to Andrews Academy on Friday. The result shouldn't come as a shock considering that's the fewest points Spring Valley Academy has scored all season.
Andrews Academy was led to victory by Josh Loenser and Braden Keyes. Loenser scored four points along with eight steals and five rebounds, while Keyes scored 15 points. That's the first time this season that Keyes scored 15 or more points.
Spring Valley Academy's defeat dropped their record down to 9-2. As for Andrews Academy, the victory was the seventh in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 11-6.
Spring Valley Academy will head out on the road to square off against Miami Valley at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday. Miami Valley is coming into the matchup hot, having won their last five games. Andrews Academy's road trip will continue as they head out to face Tournament Opponent at 2:00 p.m. on January 26th.
