The York Falcons will head out on the road to face off against the Trinity Christian Warriors at 7:00 p.m. on Monday. York is coming into the game on a four-game losing streak.
Last Thursday, York had to suffer through a rough 65-27 loss at the hands of the Spartans. The result shouldn't come as a shock considering that's the fewest points York has scored all season.
Meanwhile, Trinity Christian came into Friday's contest having lost four straight, but that streak is now in the rearview. They came out on top in a nail-biter against Kirby Prep on Friday and snuck past 31-28. The victory was just what Trinity Christian needed coming off of a 61-16 loss in their prior matchup.
York's defeat dropped their record down to 4-4. As for Trinity Christian, their victory bumped their record up to 2-6.
York was able to grind out a solid win over the Warriors when the teams last played back in January, winning 50-43. The rematch might be a little tougher for York since the squad won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
