Central entered their tilt with Haverford School on Saturday with six consecutive wins, and they'll enter their next game with seven. They walked away with an 8-5 win over the Fords. This was payback for the Lancers, who suffered a 7-1 loss the last time these two teams met.

Central pushed their record up to 17-8 with the victory, which was their third straight on the road.
