While losing is never fun, Rockbridge County can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Virginia football rankings (they are ranked 318th, while Turner Ashby is ranked 43rd).
William Monroe's win bumped their record up to 4-5. As for Rockbridge County, their defeat was their fifth straight at home, which dropped their overall record down to 0-9.
