After a string of six wins, Oswego East's good fortune finally ran out on Tuesday. They came up short against the Plainfield Central Wildcats, falling 7-1. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Wolves of the 11-6 loss they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in April of 2024.
