Makaylee Gantt turned in yet another pitching appearance with more than seven strikeouts on Monday. She struck out nine batters over six innings while giving up just two earned (and two unearned) runs off nine hits (and only one walk). With that strong performance, she is now averaging an impressive 5.1 strikeouts per game.
