Holy Redeemer strolled into their game on Saturday with a perfect record and they left with the same. They put the hurt on the Carbondale Area Chargers with a sharp 10-3 win. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Royals also won the last time the pair played back in March of 2024.

The team relied heavily on Dominic Marranca, who scored a run and stole two bases while going 3-for-5. Cody Quaglia was another key player, going 2-for-4 with one triple, one stolen base, and one run.

Holy Redeemer's victory was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 3-0. The home wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they've averaged 11.0 runs this season. As for Carbondale Area, they are on a ten-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-4.

Looking ahead, Holy Redeemer will square off against Lake-Lehman at 4:15 p.m. on Wednesday. The Royals' pitchers better be ready for this one: the Knights have averaged an impressive 8 runs per game this season.
