With a playoff win on the line, Buckhorn rose to the challenge on Friday. They were the clear victors by a 17-3 margin over the Mortimer Jordan Blue Devils. Considering the Bucks have won 15 matches by more than six runs this season, Friday's blowout was nothing new.

Buckhorn has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won 11 of their last 12 contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 25-13 record this season. The wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 3.1 runs on average over those games. As for Mortimer Jordan, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 17-18.

As of now, neither Buckhorn nor the Blue Devils have any future games scheduled.
