Despite the loss, Mark Twain still got an impressive performance from Sam Northcutt, who scored 22 points along with nine rebounds. Aydan Dye was another key contributor, scoring ten points.
Mark Twain's defeat dropped their record down to 1-8. As for Bowling Green, they pushed their record up to 3-4 with that victory, which was their third straight at home.
