The Lakeland Eagles will stay at home for another  game and welcome the Walled Lake Central Vikings at 4:00  p.m.  on Tuesday. Lakeland will be strutting in after a  victory while Walled Lake Central will be coming in after a  defeat.
 In what's become a running theme this season, Lakeland gave their fans yet another huge  win on Thursday. They were the clear victor by  a  14-4 margin over Walled Lake Western.
  Haley Stein spent all six innings played on the mound, and it's clear why: she surrendered only one earned  (and three unearned) runs on seven hits.
 At the plate, Lakeland let  Nathalie Hagle and  Parker Ostach loose on the outfield. Hagle  went 4-for-5 with three  runs, four  RBI,  and two  doubles, while  Ostach  went 2-for-3 with three  stolen bases, a  triple,  and two  RBI.  Brynn Taliercio was another key contributor,  scoring two  runs and  stealing a base while going 1-for-2.
 Meanwhile, Walled Lake Central is still looking for their season's first win. They lost  15-0 to South Lyon East last Thursday.
 Lakeland has  been performing  incredibly well recently as they've  won eight of their last nine games,  which provided a nice bump to their 16-5 record  this season. As for Walled Lake Central, their loss dropped their record down to 0-6.
