Alexandria-Monroe Gets a Boost from Gast in 40-6 Win
Starting off the list is Alexandria-Monroe's Brady Gast, who we judged to be the best player in the league this week. Gast threw for 210 yards and five touchdowns while completing 77.8% of his passes, and also rushed for 31 yards.
If the past is any indication, Gast could be in store for another big game when he takes on Wabash on Friday. Gast threw for 306 yards and five touchdowns while completing 87.5% of his passes the last time he and the Apaches duked it out back in August.

Ah'Lijah Monday was instrumental in extending Mississinewa's winning streak to nine on Friday. Nobody could stop Monday as he rushed for 149 yards and two touchdowns while picking up 8.3 yards per carry. He is on a roll when it comes to rushing touchdowns, as he's now punched in two or more in the last three games he's played dating back to last season.
If history really does repeat itself, Monday might just drop another big game when he faces off against Oak Hill on Friday. Monday rushed for 106 yards and five touchdowns, and also picked up 61 receiving yards the last time he and the Golden Eagles duked it out back in September.

Nate Luzadder Goes Supernova in Frankton Win
Nate Luzadder's rushing tear continued on Friday as he dropped his third-straight game with 149+ rushing yards dating back to last season. He rushed for 149 yards and two touchdowns while picking up 8.8 yards per carry.
Elwood's probably not too fond of Luzadder given he always seems to get the better of them. Luzadder rushed for 182 yards and five touchdowns while picking up 10.7 yards per carry the last time he and the Panthers duked it out back in September of 2023.
