Tomball unfortunately witnessed the end of their four-game winning streak on Friday. They took a 27-21 hit to the loss column at the hands of Tomball Memorial.
Tomball's defeat came about despite a quality game from Koby Fosher, who rushed for 88 yards and two touchdowns.
Meanwhile, Klein Forest fell victim to Klein Collins' stalwart defense on Thursday and couldn't make it onto the board. They ended up on the wrong side of a rough 24-0 walloping at the hands of the Tigers. Klein Forest just can't catch a break and has now endured three defeats in a row.
Even if they lost, Klein Forest's defense still kept up the pressure with five sacks. Leading the way was Trenton Burkhalter Jr. and his three sacks.
Tomball's defeat dropped their record down to 5-2, while Klein Forest's bumped their own down to the opposite: 2-5.

It's a different story for Klein Forest, though, as they've been averaging only 0 per game. How will Klein Forest fare against such a dominant running game?
Tomball came out on top in a nail-biter against Klein Forest in their previous matchup back in October of 2022, sneaking past 20-17.
